Police bodycam footage captured the moment when soccer superstar Hope Solo was arrested for a DWI. Cops were called after neighbors noticed Solo sleeping for more than an hour in a Walmart parking lot in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. She was fast asleep behind the wheel of her SUV with her twin toddlers in the back
