When a suspect ran from police in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the length of an arrest, a man stopped his pickup truck, jumped out and tackled him. Police then stepped in to arrest the suspect, identified as Miguel Fernandez, for resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and prison warrants in nearby Rogers County.
